Verification on NXRG

Verification is how NXRG signals trust on both sides of the market. Factories are placed in one of three tiers based on documents they submit; buyers can be verified to unlock higher RFQ caps.

Factory verification

Every factory starts at the Listed tier. To reach Verified or Audited, upload the required documents on the verification page and our team will review within 3–5 business days.

Submit verification documents to upgrade

Verified

BGMEA or BKMEA membership certificate on file
Current trade license on file
Factory address proof (utility bill, lease, or equivalent)
Documents reviewed and approved by NXRG

Audited

All Verified tier requirements
At least one current third-party social-compliance audit
Accepted audits: BSCI, Sedex SMETA, GOTS, OEKO-TEX, WRAP, or RSC
Audit document must be unexpired at time of submission

Document checklist

BGMEA or BKMEA membership

Either one. Current membership certificate.

Trade license

Issued by the local authority. Must be current.

Factory address proof

Utility bill, lease, or property document.

Social-compliance audit

For Audited only. Any one of: BSCI, Sedex SMETA, GOTS, OEKO-TEX, WRAP, or RSC. Must be unexpired.

What we accept

15 MB maximum per document
Up to 20 documents per submission
Expiry date required on any time-bounded document

Buyer verification

Buyer verification is separate from factory tiers. Verified buyers get higher RFQ caps and priority placement on the factory open board.

Unverified buyers can keep up to 3 active private RFQs and publish 1 active public RFQ at a time.
Verified buyers can keep up to 10 active private RFQs and 5 active public RFQs.
Verified status appears as a chip on every RFQ — a meaningful trust signal for factories.

Self-service buyer verification is on the roadmap. Until then, contact your NXRG account manager.
